Professional Experience
Rob Wolcheski brings significant experience in real estate development strategy, including market and feasibility analysis, as well as fiscal and economic impact assessments for major redevelopment projects in existing and emerging urban centers across the United States.
Rob often advises public and private clients on the economics of public-private partnerships. He has assisted public and non-profit agencies in the review and selection of proposals for major redevelopment initiatives, and he has been an integral member of development teams responding to RFP for joint development projects. He has also provided economic analysis in support of Tax Increment Financing projects in cities such as Washington, DC, Raleigh, NC, Pittsburgh, PA, and West Palm Beach, FL.
Utilizing his background in economics and finance, Rob also specializes in creating customized financial models for the development, acquisition, and repositioning of individual real estate assets as well as multiphase development projects ranging in value from $10 million to over $1 billion.
Rob was previously a Senior Associate in the Washington, DC office of Economics Research Associates, where he managed economic and market feasibility analyses on behalf of private developers, real estate investors, financial institutions, and public agencies. At ERA, he led unique projects such as the projection of tax revenues in support of the bond offering for the construction of the Washington Nationals baseball stadium, and a cost benefit analysis of the disposition and relocation of the National Trust for Historic Preservation headquarters building.
